Can I change the shipping address of my order before it has been shipped?
Yes, you can update your shipping address before your order is dispatched. Simply reach out to us at sales@trylo.com with your new address at the earliest. Please note that once the order has been shipped, we're unable to make any changes to the delivery address.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within 7–10 business days. That said, delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and local shipping conditions.
How do I track my order?
Tracking your order is easy! Just click the Track Order button on our website and enter your Order ID or AWB number — no login required. If you run into any issues, don't hesitate to reach out to us at sales@trylo.com.
What should I do if my order is undelivered?
